MULTIVITI pre-pruners

The MARGUERITE technology is based on an exclusive blade-against-blade system, delivering powerful cutting even in dense vegetation.
The fine shredding of the shoots cleans the trellising wires effectively and reduces debris projection.

The low rotation speed reduces spray and eliminates sawdust production, protecting the tractor radiator against dust build-up.

Working speed of up to 3.7 mph (6 km/h), depending on the state of preparation of the soil and the vines.

Made of boron steel, DISCO disks guarantee exceptional lifespan with no need for sharpening.

Their adjustable stacking optimizes tendril elimination and shredding quality.
Adjusting the lower disks ensures a clean cut as close as possible to the cordon.

To improve shredding quality and wire cleaning, the spacers can be removed to bring the disks closer together

Working speed of up to 3.1 mph (5 km/h), depending on the state of preparation of the soil and the vines.

The MULTIVITI chassis mounting system allows one person to attach or remove the tool in three minutes.
The hydraulic connectors are grouped near the mounting plate and mechanically locked by two connecting rods.
The different connectors eliminate any risk of error and keep the operation safe.

All functions are centralized via an ergonomic 13-button joystick in the cab.
The settings are displayed on a high-visibility backlit screen and the functions are allocated automatically depending on the tool.
The intuitive controls reduce fatigue and guarantee consistent work, even on long pre-pruning days.

CONTENU

This depends on the type of posts you use for your vines.
Magnetic detection is recommended if your vineyard only has metal posts. This enables you to work early in the season, regardless of weather conditions, with no need to clean the sensors.

Optical detection is suitable for all types of posts (wood, iron, slotted posts) and offers outstanding opening accuracy thanks to the automatic calculation of the opening width.

MARGUERITE disks, with their blade-against-blade system, provide cutting strength, even in dense vegetation, and fine shredding of the shoots. They enable high working speeds in the right conditions.

DISCO disks are a cost-effective, versatile solution. Made of boron steel, they offer excellent longevity and do not require sharpening.

The choice will depend on the vigour of your vines and your productivity goals.

You can maintain high work rates of up to 3.7 mph (6 km/h) with MARGUERITE disks or 3.1 mph (5 km/h) with DISCO disks, depending on the state of preparation of your vineyard.
Precise tool opening around the posts makes it possible to maintain a constant speed with consistent quality.

Automatic cordon tracking continuously adjusts the cutting height to the actual position of the cordon. With the tracking option integrated into the optical detection system, the working height adjusts automatically, ensuring consistent cut quality and a result close to the final pruning, with no need to continually correct manually

This option improves consistency and reduces operator fatigue.
