Thanks to its wide opening (up to 800 mm), its ±30° tilt angle and its front loader mounting, the clamp can be used on young or mature trees, with single or multiple trunks. The minimum recommended distances are 7 m between rows and 7 m along the row, to ensure efficient and safe manoeuvring.

Four levers allow you to control everything. The vibration frequency is reversible and continuously adjustable so that you can harvest all types of fruit, from the easiest to the most difficult to shake free.

The function controls are very gradual, for precise work. The FB80 is equipped with a rear universal 3-point hydraulic power unit and a set of cushions and flaps.

Yes. Thanks to its 800 mm clamp opening, ±30° tilt and specially designed cushions/flaps, the FB80 can be used on young and mature olive trees, whether single or multi-trunk. Maintain a minimum distance of 7 m between rows and 7 m along the line.

A standard 66 to 88 kW (≈ 90 to 120 hp) tractor with a 540 rpm PTO is sufficient. It is mounted on a front loader or front 3-point hitch via an adapter plate, with the hydraulic unit positioned on the rear 3-point hitch.

Precisely adjust the frequency (0 to 31 Hz) and vibration orientation according to the stage of ripeness. Use cushions and flaps adapted to the diameter/age of the trunk and use the telescopic arm to avoid rolling over fallen fruit.

Lubricate all points at the recommended frequency (some points twice a day), check the condition of the cushions/flaps and tightness daily, check the hydraulic hoses and the attachment to the front loader. Carry out seasonal preventive maintenance with an authorised PELLENC distributor.

Depending on how the site is organised (e.g. combination with the EXPAND tarpaulin), the cycles per tree are greatly reduced. Harvest rates of up to 99% are observed depending on the fruit, variety, ripeness and pruning method.
