The BUGGY 5000 S self-propelled shaker incorporates all of PELLENC's expertise in olive harvesting. Thanks to its intuitive controls, dynamic clamping mechanism and adaptability to all types of orchards, it can harvest up to 1,200 trees per day, with optimal protection for the trunks and uncompromising efficiency. Its comfortable and precise controls ensure high-quality work and increased productivity. The patented "Fragile Trunk Kit" technology, which is perfectly controlled, allows the trunks to be vibrated without damaging the bark, regardless of the harvest period or the age and size of the olive trees. Finally, the choice of vibration sequence ensures that the fruit is dislodged, even with olive varieties that are known to be difficult to harvest. Used in orchards around the Mediterranean (Spain, Italy, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia, etc.), South America (Argentina, Chile) and Australia, it meets the requirements of producers and adapts to all varieties of olives.

Telescopic support arm (1.10 m stroke) for precise positioning without rolling over fallen fruit. Sideways tilt of the gripper ±40° controlled from the cab to align with each tree. Dynamic clamping with adjustable intensity, and Fragile Trunk Kit (PELLENC patent, optional) to preserve the bark and work safely on young or sensitive trees.

Secure cab with anti-crush roll bars, sun visor and soundproof windows to reduce fatigue. Two joysticks centralise the functions: clamping, vibration, telescopic arm and tilt. The on-board computer displays tree counters (daily/seasonal/total), self-diagnostics and 8 vibration programs for optimal repeatability.

With a low centre of gravity and two fixed wheels at the front and one free wheel at the rear, it is instinctive to drive and allows you to anticipate its reactions. It can tackle a maximum slope of 60% and a 45% of side-slope.
