Efficient cross-flow filtration

The PERA PELLENC OENOPROCESS range has been extended with an innovative filtration range. This range of cross-flow filters can be equipped with ceramic or organic membranes to best adapt to all types of wines and solids (bourbes) to be filtered. FILTR’ACTIV T has been designed to adapt to all cellar sizes. The simple and intuitive touchscreen interface makes it easy to control the filter.

FILTR'ACTIV T

The FILTR'ACTIV T series, a cross-flow filtration with a fixed membrane (organic and ceramic).

Solids (bourbes) filtration: FILTR' ACTIV T bourbes allows the use of adapted cross-flow filtration thanks to the Bourbes kit, which includes specific membranes for optimum filtering of bourbes. 

The operation of the machine is customisable via the touchscreen interface and according to the needs of each winery. There are 3 programming modes accessible from the interface:

  • Production (choice of volumes, valves and types of wine by the operator)
  • Cleaning (automatic programming after the end of the 1st step) 
  • Storage (automatic programming after cleaning)
  • Saturation with nitrogen: Limitation of the contact between oxygen and the product according to the filtration stages 
  • Isobaric filtration: Sparkling wine filtration 
  • Turbidimeter: Allows continuous monitoring of the turbidity of the permeate, allowing traceability and a production stop in case of drift 
  • Multiple inputs/outputs: The FILTR'ACTIV T can be equipped with 3 valves at the product inlet and outlet in order to automate the chaining of filtration tanks or even the automation of system assemblies.
  • Residual filtration: Reduces the amount of residual product at the end of the filtration cycle.
