Make your work easier while respecting nature. Let our know-how boost your productivity. This ultra innovative system allows you to harvest up to 300 kg of fruit in just a few minutes. Coupled to a tractor, the Expand is made up of a tarpaulin fitted with battens and a conveyor that directly tips the harvested fruit into 1 or 2 pallet boxes. The Expand considerably reduces working time as well as the arduous nature of the harvest work. The worksite is therefore reduced to just two people (one for the Buggy and one for the Expand). The harvest is both faster and of a higher quality.

Centralized controls of the Expand In the cab with simplified controls, a PELLENC electronic joystick allows for optimal manoeuvring in orchards.
Remote control of conveyor belts Positioned at the rear of the machine, the controls enable more efficient management of harvest sorting quality: • A suction fan removes leaves and debris. • The conveyor flow and suction speed can be adjusted to suit the volume of fruit.
EASY HANDLING
Driving/control assistance Tightest headland turning, thanks to the drawbar and the steering controlled wheels.
Coupling flexibility The Expand can be coupled at the front and rear of the tractor (Afnor 3-point hitch category 2).
Adjustable coupling height Allows you to choose the position at the front of the chassis relative to the ground. The crossing height can be adjusted to 50 cm as needed.
CONTROL INTERFACE Semi-automatic steering system with reset On the road, the driver can guide the trailer at low speeds (less than 6 km/h).
Two wheels with studded tyres allow guidance of the rear of the machine.
PRODUCTIVITY • Two synchronized hydraulically-controlled robots allow the tarps to be mechanically folded and unfolded without creasing. • The necessary tension is automatically applied to the tarpaulin according to a load calculation. • Up to 300 kg of fruit can be gently harvested, without excessive shaking or pinching.
HARVEST QUALITY • A central flap ensures perfect sealing when the tarpaulin passes around the trunk. • The positioning of the tarp battens was studied to allow the fruits to be transported optimally and smoothly to protect fragile fruit. • The conveyor belt conveys the fruit directly to the pallet box. • A suction fan removes leaves and debris for a clean harvest.
